Something I re-learned this morning.

Reason #503: “Why Some Publishers Get So Frustrated With Single Copy Sales”

Obscure, difficult to understand, hard to read, very dated looking reports.

Oh, and reports that you have to spend time breaking down and editing into something useful.

This is not rocket science. You can make the case that it’s an art, but successful art is approachable and accessible. Let’s not make it so easy for the boys and girls over in the numbers crunching lab, shall we?
